Our independent living units are perfect for those who cherish their independence but appreciate the peace of mind that comes from living within a supportive community.
Independent living means having your own space, with the freedom to personalise your home to suit your tastes. You can hang pictures, have pets, and even speak to staff about making bigger changes or alterations to the unit. It's your home, with us as your property managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We offer 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rentals and licenses, each home is designed with safety, comfort, and convenience in mind. Our villages are about lifestyle, not intensive living. We are continually upgrading and renovating our units.
Support when you need it at our villages
Though our independent living units cater to those who are mostly self-sufficient, we offer support through home care packages levels 1-4, allowing residents to receive the level of care required to allow them to remain in their unit for as long as possible.
Forest View Childers Units
Forest View in Childers is the first of our village locations with 34 units, and is convenient for those preferring to live in town. Set near the Childers Hospital and just two blocks from the town centre, the Childers independent living units offer easy access to essential services, including pharmacies, GP practices and cafes.
Fees & pricing
The affordability of our independent living units, coupled with the option to receive home care packages up to level 4 within the village, makes our villages an excellent choice for those looking to downsize without compromising on quality of life. Many of our village residents are enabled to stay in their units until the end through the support of their home care packages.
